All of our beef is dry-aged for at least two weeks to achieve maximum flavor and tenderness. All steaks are cut to a thickness of approximately 1.25 in.

  • Tomahawk (Bone-In) Rib Steaks OR Delmonico (Boneless) Rib Steaks

With a half steer, you will receive approximately 120-180 pounds of beef. You will need 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space to store a half steer.

Pre-Order a Half Steer (Deposit)

  • Half Steer Orders are priced at $5.25/lb and are based on the hanging weight of the steer. This price includes all butchering and wrapping fees. 

     

    Final prices and hanging weights will be provided via email one week after processing begins. Final order weights may be estimated as approximately 60% of the hanging weight.

     

    To hold your order, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit due upon check out. This amount will be credited towards your final price. 

     

    Final payments will be due prior to pick-up via credit card, cash, or check. 

     

    *Note: There will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments.
