Pre-Order a Quarter or Half Steer (Deposit)
Our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished, and dry-aged to ensure it’s packed with flavor and deliciously tender. Our beef is USDA inspected, vacuum-packed and frozen. We cut our steaks to about 1–1.25 inches thick for the perfect bite.
How much beef to expect:
- Quarter steer: about 80 pounds
- Half steer: about 120–140 pounds
Here’s what’s included with your share:
- New York Strips & Filets
- Delmonico (Boneless) Rib Steaks
- A variety of steaks (e.g. flank, Denver, and chuck eye)
- Brisket
- 3–4 lb roasts (e.g. chuck, sirloin, and London Broil)
- Short Ribs
- 1-lb packs of vacuum-packed stew cubes
- 1-lb packs of vacuum-packed ground beef
- Soup bones
Pricing:
- Quarter steer: $8.10/lb based on hanging weight
- Half steer: $7.90/lb based on hanging weight
- On average, final pricing is $800-1,000/quarter and $1,800-2,000/half steer.
Pricing includes butchering, wrapping, and transportation of your beef back to the farm under refrigerated conditions.
We will send you an invoice for the rest of the payment once we know the hanging weight. You will get this about a week after we start processing. You usually take home about 60% of the hanging weight.
Deposit:
- Quarter: $200 to hold your order. This goes toward your final price.
- Half: $400 to hold your order (just order two quarters). This goes toward your final price.
Pickup:
- Pickup will be at the farm one evening during the week of August 11th–15th.
- We will confirm the exact date once processing is finalized.
- Final payment is due before pickup.

All orders contain dry-aged cuts of beef that are:
- USDA Inspected
- Individually vacuum sealed
- Labeled
- Frozen
ORDER PICK-UP
At this time, we require that all orders be picked up from the farm at 17821 Clagett Landing Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774
Pickup:
- Pickup will be at the farm one evening during the week of August 11th–15th.
- We will confirm the exact date once processing is finalized.
If you are unable to pick up your order on the date provided, you will be charged an additional fee of $20/day to store your order.
