We’re excited to offer something special to our customers — four beef quarters from another local Prince George’s County farm who has asked us to assist in selling their red angus beef.

This animal differs from our typical 804 beef in two key ways:
It is a larger animal and has been grain-finished, which produces enhanced marbling and a rich, classic beef flavor profile many families enjoy.
 
Each quarter has a hanging weight of 279 lbs and is priced at $2,859.75.  Take home weight is approximately 167 lbs.
